1. It is
forbidden to share, trade or sell your account(s). Your account is
exactly that, YOUR account. The Administration of Royal Networks will
NEVER ask for your password.
2.
The storage space given to you by Royal Networks shall not be used for
storing pirate media in any shape or form. (No mp3s, warez, cracks,
spamming, virus etc.)
3. It is
prohibited to use Royal Networks resources to promote or advertise.
4. All
people who attempt to penetrate security measures are logged and shall
be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
5. All
"processes" that consume too much ram, too much CPU or too much
bandwidth will be killed without any notice. The account maybe
suspended if the problem persist.
6. All users
agree that they will follow the rules indicated in the motd of the irc
server they are using. Anyone found to be breaking these rules will
have their account(s) terminated.
7. Every
user shall respect the number of background processes indicated on
his/her package. A customer found to be running more than the allowed
background processes will get all of his/her processes killed. If the
problem continues, Royal Networks reserves the right to
suspend/terminate the account(s).
8. Royal
Networks does not allow the use of energy mechs, xdcc bots, or any
war/warez scripts.
9. If you
are using your shell as a bouncer (bnc, psybnc, ezbounce) you, the
owner, shall be the only user. An addition fee of $1 will be charged
for an extra user. Maximum users allowed on bouncer is 2.
10. It is
prohibited for a Royal Networks user to participate in takeovers with
or without their Royal Networks account(s). It is prohibited for a user
to participate in Denial of Service Attacks. Royal Networks reserves
the right to suspend and terminate any account(s) without any refunds.
11. The
users are responsible for all denial of service attacks they may
receive. The customer will take precautions in order to avoid such an
incident. All users found to be receiving denial of service attacks
will get their account(s) terminated.
12. Users
may only use the vhosts indicated on our public list. If a customer is
caught using a private vhost, the user's account may be terminated.
13. Royal
Networks gives no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or
error free.

Webhosting
Use Policy
NOTE: If any policy listed below is violated
Royal Networks has the right to suspend and/or remove your account. In
all cases no refund is possible.

2. All customers found to be spamming with their webhosting accounts
will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.
3. Customers who reach their allocated bandwidth shall be warned by
email. The customer shall then have the option of purchasing more
bandwidth or simply have their site disabled till the next month.
4. All customers intentionally distributing software that attempts to
and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or
computer systems are prohibited. Such an offense will result in the
immediate termination of the offending account.
5. Royal Networks give no guarantee that the service will be
uninterrupted or error free.
6. Royal Networks ACCEPTS Adult Content as long as the material is
legal, or that you own it or part of the public domain.
Billing
Policy
Credit Card:
All transactions are made in US dollars, EUROS and CYP pounds. As a
rule, all transactions will require some form of verification, which
will consist of a phone call. We might even request a copy of a
driver's license or passport in order to authenticate the order. A
method of authentication is mandatory in order to eliminate fraud
attempts. A customer who does not cooperate in our attempt to verify
the order will get their applications declined.
Paypal:
Royal Networks accepts payment from verified Paypal accounts only. All
applications or transactions, which originate from a non-verified
Paypal account, will NOT be processed.
Instant Money
Transfers (Western Union - MoneyGram):
Customers who are paying by Western Union or wire transfers are to
notify the Royal Networks billing department after the transaction as
been made. The application will be processed as soon as the payment is
be verified. Check/Money Order/Wire Transfer. All accounts are created
upon reception of the payment. All customers are to notify the Royal
Networks billing department if they have paid by wire transfer.

Cancellation
Policy
Credit Card:
All customers are required to send in a cancellation notice via email
if they wish to terminate their service with Royal Networks. The
customer's notice must be sent to the Royal Networks billing department
3 days prior to account rebilling. If a notice has not been sent to
Royal Networks, the account shall be automatically rebilled.
Paypal, Instant
Money
Transfers, Checks etc :
All customers will receive an automatic notice to notify them of the
expiration of their account. If payment for the account has not been
received the account will be either suspended until payment is received
or simply terminated after one month.
